Production Field Manager

An excellent communicator and attentive to our customer’s needs, Shaun has played an effective leadership role since joining our team in 2003. His exceptional work ethic, positive attitude and communication skills contributed to Shaun’s promotions in 2018 to Production Team Leader and 2021 to Production Field Manager.

Shaun strives to ensure that crucial design and planning details transition seamlessly to the production crew while ensuring design detail accuracy, code compliance and budget efficiencies. He is an avid learner, a mentor to our carpentry crew and frequently attends industry training programs while conducting our own in-house carpenter training program.

Shaun began his career in residential construction in 1997 as a carpentry apprentice. He has attained an OSHA 10 certification and has attended numerous seminars on building science and home performance.
