Bridgette thrives on combining her customer satisfaction ideals and business management sense to deliver a high level of customer experience on every project. It’s no happenstance that our customers attribute their painless remodeling experience in great part to Bridgette, for she is the voice of the customer at every turn. Her focus on a sustainable and LEAN approach to planning and communication combined with the daily schedule posted on our project management dashboard provides customers with the transparency they need to feel comfortable, in control and free to live their lives during the course of construction.
A graduate of the Cambridge Institute of Sustainability Leadership at the University of Cambridge, Bridgette is also a Certified Green Remodeler with the National Association of Home Builders. Her pedigree includes having her own technology consulting business, a digital start-up media venture, an appointed Business Customer Specialist at Apple. She is a certified IOS technician, Apple Trainer, Microsoft Solutions expert and is QuickBooks and HubSpot certified.
